Customer Satisfaction is our guiding principle. 


Returns

Our Return/Refund policy is valid for 30 days from the date of receipt by the customer, or their designee. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was received, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return items must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and eligible per the terms listed.

Eligible items:

-       Incorrect Items due to our error - The wrong product was sent by us. (e.g. you received a product other than what was specifically ordered on the website), or incorrect size due to our error, or a manufacturer’s error, will be granted a full refund of the product price, plus, the original outbound shipping cost, plus, applicable tax.

-        Clothing and shoes are eligible for return if they are in unworn condition - We reserve the right to determine if clothing or shoes have been worn.

-        Items that were received with damage that occurred during outbound shipping from our warehouse.

-        Exchanges – We will exchange defective or damaged items provided they are still available to us. If not, a refund will be granted as per the terms of our return policy. Depending on the destination, the time it takes for an exchanged product to arrive will vary and is outside of our control. Ineligible Items:

-        Any item not in its original condition with damaged, or missing parts or for reasons other than our error, or outbound shipping damage, will not be granted a refund.

-         Items purchased as gifts which arrived later than expected due to late order placement, or shipping delays. This situation is outside of our control and such items are not eligible for return. Please make certain to allow adequate order processing and shipping time. -        Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging.

-        Any item that is returned more than 60 days after a Return Merchandise Authorization has been granted. 

-        Personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless the personalization is incorrect due to our error.  (e.g. – the personalization does not match what was specifically ordered on the website).  

-        Gift cards cannot be refunded. 

-        Items returned to us without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number cannot be refunded.

-         Returned items received by us more than 60 days after the RMA is granted cannot be refunded.  

-          Gifts:

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the items returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.
  • If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the person ordering had the item shipped to themselves to give to you, we will send the refund to the original purchaser. They will be aware of your return. This situation is outside of our control. 

Return Process:

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us at  info@strugglemom.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before returning the item.
  • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. We are not responsible for items returned to the manufacturer.

Refunds: 

  • Once a return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item and the status of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within a commercially viable timeframe (usually 36 business hours) and a credit applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the timeframe determined by your payment provider.

  • Other than items shipped by us in error, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. The shipping cost for eligible returns are non-refundable.
  • In situations where the return shipping cost is our responsibility, on a case-by-case basis we may decide send you a prepaid shipping label.
  • If you are returning an item valued over $75.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. The cost of this insurance is not refundable by us. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
